Located in one of the nation's finest skating facilities, the Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena in downtown Jamestown, Chautauqua Ice is "the world of figure skating in Jamestown." Under the direction of International Coaches Lenel Van den Berg and Kirk Wyse, Chautauqua Ice in conjunction with the Wyse & Van den Berg Skating Academy offer one of the most complete figure skating programs in America.

Instruction is available for beginners and adults in our award winning U.S. Figure Skating Learn to Skate program. In our competitive skating program, thirty-six skaters have represented Jamestown at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships and 19 have brought home medals!

Chautauqua Ice also hosts and produces Western New York's most prestigious figure skating events, including the North Atlantic Regional Figure Skating Championships coming this October of 2006. These events bring 1,000's of people to our community and produce a significant financial impact.
